What delivery method do you provide?

We offer door-to-door delivery. Our logistics team will deliver items directly to your specified address (including indoor placement; complex floors can be discussed). No self-pickup is required.

How long does it take to ship and receive my order?

After order confirmation and full payment, the total lead time is 35–45 working days, including both production and delivery. You will receive further logistics updates.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping fees and delivery methods are clearly shown on the checkout page with no hidden charges. You may review and confirm all costs before payment.

Can I track my shipment? How?

Yes, you can track your order in real time.Once shipped, we will send a tracking link and tracking code to the email you provided at checkout. Simply click the link to view the latest delivery status.

What areas do you deliver to?

What is included in the delivery service?

We provide one-stop service including door-to-door delivery, indoor placement, unpacking, furniture positioning, and packaging removal.

What are the signing requirements?

  • The package must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or above.
  • Please inspect the outer packaging for damage, and check for obvious dents or missing items before signing.
  • Once signed, you are deemed to have no immediate objection to the appearance and quantity of the goods.

What is the process for issues after signing?

If you find damage, missing parts, or quality issues after receiving your order, please contact customer service with clear photos and your order number within the specified time 14 business days. Inquiries can be sent to: support@uhomefurniture.shop.Requests submitted after the deadline will be handled in accordance with the normal usage and warranty policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Does the order support free returns or exchanges?

No.
Once the order is confirmed (payment completed), no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.
Please double-check before ordering: dimensions, color, specifications, material, and space compatibility to avoid incorrect orders.

What should I do if the item is damaged or defective upon receipt?

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of damage or quality issues
  • Description of the problem

After verification, we will provide free repair or free replacement of parts/components.


Can quality issues be addressed after 14 days?

Quality issues reported beyond 14 days will no longer be handled as damage claims.
All such cases will be processed in accordance with the warranty policy.
