    7. What is the return policy for furniture packages?

    Returns are not accepted for all furniture packages. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered a final sale. This policy applies to all standard package orders. For product quality issues, you can claim corresponding services in accordance with the warranty policy.

    10. How to handle after-sales issues?

    11. What are the relevant provisions of the warranty service?
    • All products come with a 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. It only applies to material and craftsmanship defects caused by normal household use.
    • To claim the warranty, you need to provide the original purchase invoice as proof. After inspection and confirmation that the issue is within the warranty scope, you can choose to repair the defective product or replace it with the same style/grade product (if the product is discontinued, a suitable alternative will be provided).
    • For repairs within the warranty scope, spare parts, labor, and reasonable transportation expenses will be borne by us. Repairs without UHOME FURNITURE authorization are not covered by the warranty.
    • The following situations are not covered by the warranty: improper storage/assembly/installation/use/maintenance, abuse/misuse/alteration without authorization, normal wear and tear, scratches, outdoor or humid environment use, non-household application of the product, indirect or consequential losses, etc.
